Onboarding

Ready for your first observation in about two weeks.

A guided setup that turns your FOM and GOM into a working observation program.

Day 1: Account and administrator

We create your department account and send your administrator a single-use invitation. They set a password and enroll an authenticator app.

Day 1 to 2: Department profile

Choose your operating regime, the standards you work to, your observation interval and your minimum group size for results.

Day 2 to 5: Manuals and checklist

Register your FOM, GOM and SOPs with revision numbers. Start from the baseline checklist (eight phases, 28 items, mapped to IS-BAO and LOSA) and change the wording and manual references to match your manuals. Add or remove items and confirm the standards mapping.

Day 5: Publish version 1.0

Publishing locks the template. Future manual revisions are handled by copying it to a new version.

Day 5 to 7: Roster and invitations

Add pilots, then invite Standards Captains, crew, the safety committee and management with the right roles. Link crew accounts to roster entries.

Day 7 to 10: Policy and training

Publish your non-punitive line observation policy and brief observers on TEM coding and the debrief. We provide a template policy and a short observer guide.

Day 10 to 14: First observations

Schedule the first trips. After the first weekly release, hold your first committee review and generate your first standards report.
