Who we are
Standards Captain is operated by Flite Line Aviation Services, LLC.
Website visitors
We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics. If you submit the Learn more form, we store your name, email, company, fleet size, standards and message to reply to you.
Customer data
Flight departments control the data they enter. We process it only to provide the service. Our staff cannot read rosters, observations or notes. Support access to setup data requires the department's time-limited permission.
Service providers
Supabase (database and authentication) and Cloudflare (website delivery).
Retention
Customers set retention for their records. Lead form entries are deleted on request.
