What a standards report contains
Reports are generated on demand for any date range, are printable, and each generation is recorded in your audit trail.
| Section | Contents |
|---|---|
| Program summary | Observations in period, pilots current within interval, pre-brief and debrief rates, crew acknowledgment rate, open actions. |
| Requirement coverage | Every requirement in each selected standard, with status: evidenced, mapped with no data yet, gap, or out of scope. |
| Evidence detail | Mapped checklist items and template versions, observation counts, and program evidence such as audit chain, manual control and feedback. |
| Actions | Committee actions linked to each requirement, with owner, due date and status. |
| Trends | Item-level results and threat and error codes, with small groups hidden. |
Standards Captain organizes evidence. It does not certify compliance. Your auditor decides what is acceptable.
